A Bill Still Revelation!

By Bill Still

"What a revelation! I've never dealt in a complimentary currency before. Here's the basis of it. It's based on a unit of work -- an hour. One hour's worth of work of an unskilled laborer in Breckenridge, CO is worth $10. The currency comes in 2 hr, 1 hr, 1/2 hr, and 1/10 hr denominations.

When you join, you get 20 hours worth of currency. There is a blank space on the front of it where you sign your name. The currency is not valid until you sign it. Then you can spend it at any of the 50 shops that take it. None of the chains take it; WalMart, Home Depot, etc. Only the local businesses take it. If you recruit another business into the system, you get an additional 10 hours for the referral.

It's perfectly legal. During the Depression of the 1930s, there were thousands of towns which issued their own currency because there was no national money because the gold-backed bankers had made money scarce deliberately. It will work in any town, any state, or any nation.

Now the Denver Mile-High currency has agreed to be exchanged one-for-one with the Mountain Hours currency. This could spread across the nation. I support this wholeheartedly because it is inline with my first priority -- de-consolidation of the money power.

If you are interested in setting up a local currency in your town or county, let me know and we can help make that happen." (snip) ...
