All this week we have been under the grip of the monster storm from HELL Hurricane Sandy. Large swaths of the U.S. east coast have been the victim of the deluge. Damage has been severe with many deaths reported. The million dollar question deserving the million dollar answer is was Hurricane Sandy a storm controlled by the weather warriors? I don't think they were able to build it from scratch, but I do know it is well within the capabilities of the United States military to control the steering of storms like hurricanes. In fact NASA actually warned of the effects of hurricanes on NYC some years ago. Of course who listens to potential life changing or ending scenarios when we can numb our minds with things like sports, entertainment and my favourite reality TV.

Scientists at the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies in New York have been studying that city’s vulnerability to hurricane impacts in a changing world, and calculated that with 1.5 feet of sea level rise, a worst-case-scenario Category 3 hurricane could submerge “the Rockaways, Coney Island, much of southern Brooklyn and Queens, portions of Long Island City, Astoria, Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, Queens, lower Manhattan, and eastern Staten Island from Great Kills Harbor north to the Verrazano Bridge.” (Pause and think about that for a second.)

Boring issues like this could never sell advertising or compete with wardrobe malfunctions. It is truly a shame because as I scan the images of destruction along the eastern seaboard of the United States tears well up in my eyes. The difficulty and the duty I face is how to actually get people to start to see and understand the dangers that YOU will face because of our collective ignorance.

Take a recent Nature study [PDF] by climate scientists at MIT and Princeton, looking at future storm surge scenarios under climate change. The researchers used multiple computer model runs to simulate a variety of storm surges hurled at New York City — explicitly looking at future climate and sea-level-rise scenarios. By 2100, New York is projected to experience between one-half and 1.5 meters of sea-level rise. Taking the midpoint of this estimate, or a one-meter sea-level rise, the paper found that what is currently a 100-year storm surge event for New York could become a 20-year event by 2100.

It was released first in 1967. Don't ever doubt that the plans of the Illuminists are prepared many, many years in advance. Like many warnings, however, they are ignored. Is the signal in the heavens HAARP or the plasma weapon the U.S. Air Force has been building? Is that the beauty of our weapons? Is the birthmark on the skin the infamous microchip? Will they take Manhattan? It is up to us to stop them.

Someday the U.S. military could drive a trailer to a spot just beyond insurgent fighting and, within minutes, reconfigure part of the atmosphere, blocking an enemy’s ability to receive satellite signals, even as U.S. troops are able to see into the area with radar.

An engineer with Research Support Instruments in Princeton, N.J. recently completed the first phase of work for a U.S. Air Force sponsored project called Microwave Ionosphere Reconfiguration Ground based Emitter, or Mirage. (scroll down)

The work involves using plasma an ionized gas to reconfigure the ionosphere. Mirage would employ a microwave transmitter on the ground and a small rocket that shoots chaff into the air to produce about a liter of plasma at 60–100 km. (36– 60 mi.) in altitude, changing the number of electrons in a select area of the ionosphere to create a virtual barrier. Ionosphere reconfiguration offers two major applications of interest to the military: bouncing radars off the ionosphere, also known as over-the-horizon radar, and the ability to jam signals from the Global Positioning Satellite system, according to John Kline, the lead investigator for Mirage.

This work is only the latest effort in Kline’s more extensive investigations of atmospheric plasmas Before Mirage, Kline had another contract for a project called Plasma Point Defense, which explored the possibility of using a plasma weapon on board a U.S. Navy surface vessel to protect against threats ranging from surface-to-surface missiles to mortars and rocket-propelled grenades.

Forgive me for boring you with all the dry text, but dry text does tend to disappear unless someone takes the time to archive it. The following text ending the above article is a case in point. It is gone. The link was pulled. The reason is obvious when we look at the clues in the paragraph.

In the past, NASA’s fringe science arm has looked into tweaking Mother Nature, to throw hurricanes off their course. But those were just computer simulations. No one actually tried to go out a build some weather control machine.

Yes the broken link tells us emphatically that the concept of throwing hurricanes off their course has gone way past the concept stage. The project must be operational. It would be classified above top secret. It would be the very heart of the military industrial complex's most closely guarded secrets.

Even on the brain dead all news station in Toronto the broader concepts were muttered this morning as I drove into work. This storm would be the perfect infomercial for Obama. I would add that the election would take a definite back seat to the devastation caused by the storm. In fact many pundits including the one I heard are pointing out that Mitt Romney wanted to eliminate FEMA. This is making him look the perfect fool. Our local man even interviewed other Republican hopefuls like Huckabee, Gingrich, and Rove. They all mentioned an exceptional event overshadowing the election.

The Congress even had a bill on the floor of the House that would authorize weather modification. Of course your representative kept you fully informed on the issue and the press opined the issue thoroughly. NOT! But anyways it never passed. No controls are better than some when creating a covert action plan. In case more links fail they were U.S. Senate Bill 517 and U.S. House Bill 2995 by the way.

So the October surprise is no longer a surprise. This storm was steered in my opinion. It was slowed to hover for maximum effect. The weather weapon was deployed to gain maximum effect in altering the course of the election. Both corporate candidates have control over voting machines, but only one controls the weather. No one will be really listening to Mitt Romney on the campaign trail. Like other Republicans he doesn't grasp being on the front lines during times of crisis. He should have cancelled his engagements, rolled up his sleeves and put on the hip waders and got himself immersed in the NYC waters. It was the only chance he had and he blew it. Obama will look like the saviour to his people. Polls in swing states are starting to reveal that.

There is another angle on the motive behind the attack. Nothing will get America back to work like destroying America. In the past strategic bombing laid waste so that the corporate cabals could wait in the wings with the men, material, and equipment. Now we have weather under our control as the most ubiquitous method of strategic destruction. No one could ever suspect never mind prove there was a defence angle to the weather. The newest version of the Marshall Plan will be a shot in the arm for the economy. The fiscal cliff is fast approaching. We'll see if that is enough rope to arrest the fall. If the storm was a 'conspiracy,' it was a masterstroke in the game of world global domination.
